Gee, I wonder if it can help to reduce spam? Or maybe (since this appears
to come from the PRC) they can use this process to remove those pesky
bloodstains from Tienanmen Square next time they decide to kill a few of
their own people.
I'm feeling really crotchety this afternoon...
