As long as you're not connected to an antenna system [and presuming
you're smart enough to keep the HV from kicking back into the power
grid] ... shouldn't be too much of a problem, even w/big Tesla coils and
the like. These days the FCC is so overworked that unless they get a
complaint [typically from a neighbor whose TV is being interfered with]
you are pretty much home free.
