The Chicago Classic Computing (http://chiclassiccomp.org/) group is
going to be hosting the VCF Midwest this year at some point.
The original plan was to host it earlier in the year, but due to
scheduling concerns, we have decided to come up with a new date later
2009. We are still in the planning mode, but I anticipate we will come
up with a venue somewhere in the Chicagoland/suburb area. Keep posted,
we will for sure share more details as they become available.

Hopefully Chicago's a recurring venue, as I suspect it'd be the
closest one to me, and I do stand something of a chance of making it
along with some goodies once I get them shipped over...
