I sort of suspected that might be what they are doing since they had a
22% buyers premium. It about adds up. I don't think that's normally how
auction sales are reported though. Probably just trying to get hype for
the next time.
The auction page says sold but, they show no bids and it says the item
didn't sell. The other auctions that ended show bid activity and say
they were sold. Wonder if it even really sold. Watch it pop up for sale
again in a couple months.
