But I am frankly sick of learning new systems now.
I like learning old systems... (and remember how to mess about with RSTS

Ahh, but learning what?
I am quite passionate about learning new languages. I speak a tiny
smattering of half a dozen; I would like to get them all to fluency
and add a few more. I am vaguely considering doing a degree in it.
I would love to learn to surf, to snowboard, to hang-glide, to fly a
helicopter, to play several musical instruments and many other things.
It's the arcana of the next generation of Windows, or of this year's
Linux desktop, that I am growing tired of.
