DECNET for RT
was phase-III only. I was on a project at one point to
update it to Phase-IV and Ethernet, but the project got canned...
Can a Phase-III node talk to a Phase-IV node? Lack of Ethernet is
inconvenient, but it's always possible to set up a DDCMP link (either sync
or async) to another machine.
