At least 2 were made, since I found one.
Mine was in excellent shape, as if it hadn't got around much. I've had
it apart about 10 times. What you really need is the driver to pull the
screws out of the front.
Mine works well, though. I think I'll try dumping a hard drive in it.
Lemme know if you find any manuals...
