I think you're missing a trailing "8" on that item number.
I do see some OL3071 that have the right form factor,
but the wrong operating voltage, for my vintage machines.
I can't read the part numbers on the loose bi-pin bulbs.
As to the price, that depends on how many of the bulbs
are actually useful to you. Bulbs of this sort have become
fairly expensive and hard to find.
