Well, where I work we have a direct hotline to DHS and another to FEMA.
The FEMA one has a red light on it that's always blinking - the joke is
that "to them, everything's an emergency!".
In any event, my proxmity to Ft Meade and other government stuff brings
me an interesting flow of HF, VHF, and UHF radio stuff that presumably
was involved with the NSA at some point in its life.
