I've had these drives and controllers (and a couple of spares) since they
were new, back in the 80's. I quit using them around 1991, when I switched
to DAT and 8mm. I just don't recall a thing about what supported them and
what didn't. I have a copy of Sytos Plus that supports the drive under DOS
(and there is an OS/2 driver wandering around the web), but it doesn't
allow low-level manipulation of data. I seem to recall that Xenix has/had
limited QIC02/QIC36 support.
If all else fails, I'll just write my own DOS driver for it. But I hate to
reinvent the wheel.
