Yours looks like an IDE/ATA version of my unit (for MFM/RLL drives), but
the basic functions should be similar.

From the looks of this I was hoping it would support the older mfm/rll floppy
drives, especially since it has a large connector on there with 0.156" pin
spacing.
Actually, I had a brain cramp... That looks like a 50-pin connector,
which implies it's for 8" disk drives.
