That's a bit ugly...
A cleaner one is the RSTS null job.
You need a periodic interrupt, of course, to break out
of the WAIT.
But you probably don't have one on a basic 11/05, which is why the
commonly-used one is the one Henk and Ethan mentioned, with the RESET
instruction.
