Uhm, "better"? On this side of the pond, we usually go
for "easy" or "well-marketed". :-)
Or "cool". How about strands of unclad optical fiber to lead to
the phototransistor that drives a second LED? We could sell a
few tens-of-thousands to the overclocking case-mod crowd.
