To get 2880 sectors in 40 cylinders would require 128 bytes per sector.
In MANY CP/M tools, "sector" was used to refer to a record, or
"logical"
sector, that was blocked/deblocked into larger physical sectors. Thus, 18
256 byte physical sectors would be CALLED "26 sectors"
