I'm pretty sure they're the same in practice -- and in any case neither
PAL nor SECAM mandate the resolution, only the colour coding.
Really?
The *cough* website I looked at listed specific resolutions for each
(including NTSC). Perhaps the site had some misleading information? (don't
ask for an URL, it's been too long)
