Never used it myself, but apparently emulates IBM & DEC terminals.
Found it at my last job.
I'm guessing it plugs into an IBM terminal? Doesn't seem to have a
standard PCMCIA edge connector. Out of curiosity, I wouldn't mind
knowing a bit more about it.
