Just FYI, I got 700VDC at the flyback for G2, and 400VDC where it leaves the
main PCB (and joins via a lead to the CRT's neck board).
That could be about right. What is between the flyback and the main PCB
output?
I've looked at the video chip data sheet, it appears to contain DACs for
gain and black level for each of the 3 channels, loaded via an i2C bus.
How does this monitor measure the beam current for the auto grey scale?
Could the problem be there (it thinks the beam current is higher than it
really is)?
