...and to some people a hard disk means a recording
medium that uses
shellac as a binder...
This reminds me of the time a friend was talking about a later version of
that audio starage medium and mentioned 'LP disks'. Without thinking I
came out with 'But the <LP8 and LP11 were line printer controllers, they
didn't connect to disk drives;. I had a lot of explaining to do...
