Legal citations in email signatures are not likely to have any voracity.
I still get spam that has a disclaimer at the end asserting that, based on
some non-existent congressional act, it "can not legally be considered
spam" because it has a link in it that purports to remove you from the
mailing list. (more likely appends you to a "validated" list)
