I wouldn't know if it's the same ACT. There were three of these in a
UNIBUS expansion box that was probably connected to a PDP-11/84.

nomenclature / logos?
Yes, I've put them up at http://p800.wikispaces.com/ACT. The logo is
clearly visible on the backside of the board. It consists of fine
horizontal lines.
