Or you could do like a classmate of mine did in 1973-1974 and build a
PC. Not easy, though; I remember a large wire-wrap board with over
100 chips on it.
I think that's much too ambitious for me. If I can't make a simple digital
clock, I doubt I could make a full-on computer.
