Looks like you can browse the 8th edition on
Archive.org.
The copy that I FPUIB'ed out last summer was a 1990 looseleaf(binder),
plus some loose printouts.
CSC also briefly put out an elegant hardcover edition.
Unfortunately, none of those MFM listings of cylinders and heads will help
with Allison's quest for an IDE drive with LBA.
