OK, it could
be a re-badged Tandy joystick housing and mechanical works
with slightly different pots and wiring.
Or more likely the Tandy and IBM joysticks were made by the same company
(I doubt that either IBM or Tandy made their own joysticks, after all).
Which, IIRC, was suggested several messages back.
