Can an "expert" here provide some proper
directions
on how to discharge the anode and capacitors? How
long do these things on a charge?
A LONG time, a VERY LONG time! I once unpacked some TV picture tubes
that had been stored for several years. Everyone of the tubes had enough
juice to knock the hell out of me. The first one bit me, I shorted out all
of the others and got a healthly spark from all of them. Don't even try to
decide what might be charged, >>>>unplug the device<<<< and use a
shorting
rod on EVERYTHING that you can get to.
