sufficient VA rating (the secondary is NC, so the secondary voltage doesn't matter).

The "split bobbin" types are fairly common, even in 220 vac countries, as it
lets a manufacturer change the nameplate voltage of a linear power supply with just a
change of jumper and fuse.
