even close to being the first.
I think the good price point came into play, but even bigger than that,
marketing. Truth be known, the Pi is a neat little board, but it is by no
means the only game in town, and probably not even the best one.
I think it was a combination of dirt cheap and all the effort they put
into community building before the board ever shipped.
