Are they still charging fees to join and monthly fees
to be a member?
I used to run a fido system, but it got stupid.
In Brazil there wern't any charges, but between the node coordenators
there was a division of international call costs. Some coordenators ASKED
for donations from the nodes, for the maintaining of the international
exchange. But here never had monthy fees or anything to join.
