We have a *huge* amount of information in there in those SPS pages as you know, so it is
all very well to say there is stuff missing, but we have to stop somewhere. I realise you
have learnt a lot from those pages, but there is only so much time in the day. If we
documented every disk format or protection we discovered in that level of detail, we would
never get anything done.
Once the stuff is off their dying media, we can spend the next 100 years documenting it.
Somebody needs to preserve it in the first place.
