The 64K DRAM dies were of course standard, but weren't they packaged
in 18-pin DIPs rather than the usual 16-pin, so that the top and bottom
parts could have their RAS and/or CAS lines bonded out to different
pins?
If you just stack two normal DRAMs, you don't get anything useful.
