Sure, a product with a huge amount of engineering behind it and
significant manufacturing technology can be made like that.
For a do-it-yourself capacitor design, I'll be extremely impressed with
someone that makes a true 100F capacitor from raw materials, that has
less than one ohm ESR, and is ANY size. Allowing the volume to be 55
gallons does not make it that much easier.
