That seems likely--particularly in that the labeling is a house number,
not a standard commodity part. Probably has some special firmware inside.

There was a particularly quaint part I found in the stash (or should I say a bunch of
them)... that decodes an IR receiver signal with several dedicated high/low outputs for
the different received functions (i.e. volume up/down, channels 1-20, etc). So there's
a lot of TV parts in here. :)
