Hmm, can you
take the end-caps off and fit the wire from a 13A fuse into a 3A
body? ;)
You probably can, but IMHO a fuse that does not blow at the current you'd
expect it to blow at is downright dangerous. It's going to end up
somwhere you don't expect, and the results of it not blowing could be
very nasty.
