   Hi.  I have
the OpenVMS Hobbyist Kit and I can't seem to find the DECnet
 Phase IV license PAK.  I have both the OS PAK and the layered products
 PAK's.  
 Isn't that licensed under the UCX pak? 
No, UCX is TCPIP.  You need DVNETEND or DVNETEXT.
