To which proprietary protocol do you refer? Obviously not DECnet since
the specs for DECnet Phase IV were always available on
gatekeeper.dec.com.
I'm almost certain that before that the Phase III specs were also
available
(but Phase III was considerably more limited and I don't think you'd
have been using routers for that).
Was it KiNet who did DECnet for Solaris?
