Stick it down, and lift it straight back off (don't peel) repeatedly. This
is effective and solvent-free. I use this method to remove all manner of
adhesive residue, including those contrary CD packaging stickers.
I second this method. I've done this to remove sticky crap since I
discovered its effectiveness as a child. It works very well.
