The time frame was for the 11. And if you
dismiss that for being "too new", I might go along with it
for Alpha (1992) but certainly not VAX (1978).
I tend to think system size. Small is something you can touch.
Big I just think perhaps if the gods are willing I can have few seconds
of access time.
