Those sheet feeder scanners are extremely expensive,
or they were a couple years back.
Scanners have come down a lot in price. I've just been looking at the
Epson Perfection 1640SU Office, which comes with a sheet feeder. That's
only just over UKP 300. (Of course, my idea of "only" and yours may
vary!)
It looks like the feeder would only allow you to scan a single side at a
time.
