It is... by about 10E03... light goes about 30cm in 1 ns, or about 12",
depending on medium (faster as photons in a vacuum than electrons down
an insulated wire).

I was supposed to get an official DECUS nanosecond of Etherhose signed
(stamped) by her for making a presentation at a symposium but they never
sent me one.
