Yeah, and this exact same mentality helped to kill the
Amiga! Yes the Amiga
was used in a lot of TV stations, but they were mostly Ch. 3 cable companies.
Maybe Commodore should have gold-plated the plugs and sold them for 10x the
price.
Judging from posts on Usenet and eBay, it would appear that a
lot of people are now deciding to get rid of the big-box machines
such as the 2000, 3000, and 4000. A lot of them appearing for sale
lately.
