Got one. It sort-of works. It was much less than 10% the cost of
a "real" flicker-fixer (which contains enough RAM to buffer an entire
frame plus circuitry to squirt out contents of said RAM at a higher
scan rate).
I forget what I paid for it, but it was still too much.
