I have no way of knowing. The board is an EV-18113. Everex wasn't the sort
of company who did that sort of thing anyway.
It has a number of unique features, however, which lead me to believe that
it is an Everex production. Like.. 10 EISA slots, 1 8-bit ISA slot, and
the system memory is on a special 32-bit slot down at the bottom of the
cabinet. There is no way to install memory directly on the motherboard.
