I for one appreciate the information.
Very similar innovations have have transpired in the Commodore / C-64
world, though over there it's known as "SD2IEC" or something to that
effect.
Same or similar situation though. It uses an SD card as the storage
backend for a custom hardware that emulates the Commodore 1540 / 1541 etc.
drives.
