Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but when I read that I assumed it was just
the usual WinChip CPU -- i.e. the IDT/Centaur/C6 thing, a Pentium clone
which was briefly interesting because it runs on a single voltage so it
can be used to upgrade pre-MMX motherboards. Unfortunately I don't think
they're cranking out new ones, but in any case I think it's a normal
socket 7 CPU, not some horrible thing that does video on the fly on top
of normal work.

The pictures on the first link I posted show a video chip. So I don't think
it's one of the integrated beasties. Wasn't that Cyrix?
