They put a security sticker over a spot on the
original label,
at the location of some sort of head screw. They didn't scar the
label much to access it. Because the sticker was there, said
the tech, they must've opened it.
COme again? Anybody can stick a label over a screw....
One of the oldest tricks in the car reapir trade is cleaning round
screwheds to indicate something has been removed (when in fact it
hasn't).
I really would not trust this outfit...
