It's on the other side of campus at the moment so I can't eyeball,
but I believe the standard was 18-bit.
Note that a -73 will work in an -18 bit environment, so you're not
required to modify the backplane. Whether the MINC modules
themselves play well with 22-bit backplanes, I don't know.
