Also, any of the bipolar PROMs of at least 32 bits (8x4) would do,
e.g. 74S188/288, 82S23/123, etc.
You could even roll your own with a diode matrix and a 4-to-16 demux.
Myself, I've always wondered about a BCD-to-Roman numeral decoder IC.
