What is this supposed to accomplish?
Either a headcrash, or possibly a cure for stiction?
It fixed LCD screens so they don't work anymore!
Is this specific to LCDs, or does it also work on CRTs, valves (tubes),
complex and delicate mechanical stuff, (analogue) meter movements, etc?
Good question! Hmm, I have some old monitors let's do some testing.
