Yes, my perception is that there are a whole bunch of really nice folks
here. Come to think of it though, it's probably better for me to dig
out most acronym meanings for myself. I think that things one works for
a bit tend to remain in the wetware longer. One of my "hobbies" (some
might call it an obsession) is figuring a way to pronounce any given
acronym as a word. I'll admit I just add vowels as I feel like it to
make the thing pronounceable. For example, a General Automation MHSDC
(Multiple High Speed Data Channel) became a "muhs-duck". I heard later
that particular one got back to the GA offices and even caught on there.
