offer any king of Book Rate or Media Rate
shipping?
Not that I've ever heard of. 1st class, 2nd class, and various
options for parcels.
The US Postal Service does and it's
a LOT cheaper
than even surface mail. But you have to ask for it. It's not
even shown as an option for international shipping on their website.
If I ever ship from the US again I'll be sure to ask for that. Is
it actually available for international shipping?
