No, I think it's more what I man by 'spare parts' :-)
A Modern PC is the sort of thing I could go and buy in PC World or
similar. As in 'buy brand new today'.
But as for spares, I was thinking of things like a replacement video
controller chip, or a chopper transformer for the PSU, or ...
